Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) uses inputs from other models incl LCA (among other inputs) either directly or after modifiication as indicators. The output describes performance of alternatives. MCDA calculates indicators for case studies that are infrastructure specific or for certain regions. We also use preferences elicited from stakeholders as part of the inputs.
